I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. If you di not necessarily know what you might need they have the staff that are experienced enough to direct you to what you might need so any experience level should feel comfortable.

Fridge, gas stove, sink, hot cold water, heating, fan, bed, chairs, pots cutlery and plates. Everything worked perfectly. There’s some small touches that really make it feel like home. We were given a comprehensive walk through at pickup. A single person can set up the camper with no issues. After a heavy rainstorm we needed the 4 wheel drive.
