Phantom Snow Industries Splitboard Boots:
The first upgrade on the Slipper HD that’s probably the most noticeable to the naked eye is the removable plastic tongue. This tongue allows you to perfect and fine tune the flex in your boot.
The Slipper HD isn’t messing around when it comes to waterproofing! The new full height gaiter will keep your feet dry even on the wettest of days. It also features magnetic inserts that pair with the Platinum Light Liner for an incredibly secure fit.
Further customization is incorporated into the hard shell. Designed to be heat molded to individual riders which means any shaped foot will have a comfy and near custom fit.
Of course the Slipper HD features the insane and patented dual suspension Link Lever. Walk mode flex customization seems limitless. Three different suspension spring rates are available, all with ½” of travel. A urethane shock with about ⅛” of travel provides heelside dampening as well. The Link Lever’s forward flex is customizable from 6 to 26 degrees.
Phantom Snow incorporated Atomic Backland components into the Slipper HD. These components are uniquely configured for splitboarding. They also custom engineered pieces into the boot to make it an incredible splitboarding specific tech boot! It is unlike any other boot on the market!
The Slipper HD is compatible with automatic crampons as well as tech toes. The versatility is unmatched.

M6 Bindings:
Phantoms revolutionary SplitTech bindings combine tech-style touring equipment with a patented splitboard binding and interface. They’re lightweight, efficient, and far less prone to failure than any other binding on the market today, they ride and feel like a soft boot setup!

Phantom uses aerospace grade aluminum to achieve the ultimate savings in weight. You’ll also notice there are no buckles, straps, etc. No plastic pieces to break and ruin your day with the exception of key wear points and the cant spacer for the bail blocks. This forethought of design is evident in tour mode when the bindings are removed and in your pack, you hardly even notice they’re there!
Gone are the days of compromise for those wanting to ride hard boots. In the past, if you wanted to ride hard boots, you’d be losing that “surfy” feel because the binding would be so high off the board. Phantoms binding design puts your boot as close to the board as possible and allows for flex while giving extra directional stiffness to the heel and toe. All that translates into an extreme amount of edge control and response giving you that coveted surfy feel with a hard boot.
Phantoms board cleats and locking pins provide such a solid board feel that you’ll think the board is bolted right to your feet! The bindings rotate into position around the cleats and then lock into place with two redundant locking pins and spring loaded levers. This system literally locks the two halves of your splitboard together solid and secure. Your Slipper HD boots rests on top of the spring loaded levers of the locking pins when riding making it essentially impossible for the binding to unlock from your board.
The design of the M6 binding goes further than just solid connections, flexibility, and next-gen ingenuity. Snow packed under the board cleat is automatically cleared as the binding is rotated into position. In addition, the locking pins pierce through any snow and ice, seating themselves as securely as if you were setting them at home. The self righting bails make stepping into the M6 easy on any ride.
The cleats are easy to mount and adjust. Extreme stance angles from +30 to -30 are no problem. Widths are adjustable in 1/2” increments.
The M6 bindings are available in two sizes, Small/Medium, and Large/Extra Large. They can accommodate Mondo sizes from 23 to 32. Once you get your Phantom M6 bindings set to your preference, you simply back the heel lug of your boot into the rear bail, then clamp the front bail down over the toe lug. No ratcheting, no breakable plastic straps, just a simple, ultra secure, quick and perfect repeatable fit every time!
