Princeton Tec Helix Backcountry
The Princeton Tec Helix Backcountry Rechargeable is our lightweight do-it-all campsite lantern. It features a max 150 lumens of brightness in red and white lights. It’s also dimmable so you don’t lose your night vision or blind yourself in the middle of the night. The Helix has a unique control surface that is free of buttons, yet gives access to a dimmable white mode well as a dimmable red mode for low profile use. The Glow-in-the-dark collapsible globe and folding legs help the Helix to shine over a wide area and pack down to fit easily in hand. The Helix lantern design also incorporates several hanging and spotlight options. The globe can be removed to swap the diffused glow to a direct spot light. Best of all, it packs in tight at 5.4oz.
Kelty Lumaspot Rhythm
The Lumaspot Rhythm has it all – rhythm and swing. The LED’s are positioned at the top and the bottom of the lantern, and project out through the internal light reflector to illuminate your campsite. When you need more targeted light, just swing the top to the left or right and you can now utilize a spotlight. What’s a relaxing night by the fire without tunes and disco lights! – the integrated speaker and cable enable you to plug in your MP3 player and listen to your favorite music under the stars and integrated multi-colored LED’s provide a festival feel to any campsite.
